Our Law Firm - Nowosielski Gotkowicz i Partnerzy Adwokaci i Radcy Prawni – has been present on the market since 1994. It specialises in providing comprehensive legal services to Polish and foreign entities – both to physical and legal persons, including commercial companies. Legal services provided to foreign entities are carried out in English, German and Russian.

Our lawyers specialise mainly in business cases, with a particular emphasis on cases falling within the scope of public procurement law or investment process law. During many years of being active on the legal services market our Law Firm has also become specialised in cases pertaining to the protection of personal rights, including the protection of such rights relative to a legal person, the press law and the copyright law. For a couple of years we have also been comprehensively dealing with reprivatisation issues and cases relative to the return of expropriated real estate. We have been successful in a number of criminal proceedings as well, including penal business proceedings.
