Our Methods
Every case entrusted to our Law Firm is handled on the basis of oral and written guidelines provided by the Client. It is also our principle to respond in writing to questions addressed to us by the Client. In order to streamline communication between our Law Firm and the Clients we make sure that mutual contacts take place between persons expressly designated for this purpose. Depending on the needs and preferences of the Clients our Law Firm is able to ensure that all communication is carried out by e-mail.

Modes of Remuneration
Depending on the Client’s preferences we offer permanent or ad hoc legal services. We also use various methods of determining remuneration, which may range from either lump-sum remuneration covering a defined working time limit or a scope of duties specified in a contract, remuneration according to an hourly rate and depending on the amount of time spent on a case, to mixed remuneration determined on the basis of a combination of the methods described above.
If the Client wishes to determine the amount of remuneration according to hourly rates, our Law Firm will prepare a monthly report containing a detailed list of activities, specifying the dates of performance thereof, as well as a monthly total based on the rates provided for in the contract.
