Legal counsel Monika Tarnowska has extensive legal experience, thanks to which she effectively represents Clients in court disputes, in particular in complex settlement matters (e.g. for the return of millions of expenses), compensatory (for example for errors in the medical art), as well as in cases concerning real estate and property divisions.
Strengths: She reliably and thoroughly analyses Clients’ problems in the search for the best solutions. She presents the proposed actions in the form of specific possible process and post-process scenarios. She skilfully implements the adopted strategy of conduct, and also effectively negotiates the amicable settlement of disputes. In her work, she uses the experience gained during full-time judge training and assistant judge at the District Court in Lębork, thanks to which she can look at the issues from a wider perspective.
